Appointments
Appointments for all three surgeries are made by telephoning 01977 682202, by calling at the surgery or you can register online (please ask at reception or visit our website for details). The practice aims to offer all patients an appointment with an appropriate health professional within two days.
A small number of pre-booked appointments are available and may be made up to a maximum of 2 weeks in advance.

We also have extended surgery times on Monday evening and Tuesday morning to accommodate people who work. If you cannot keep an appointment please let us know, wasted appointments mean a longer wait for other patients.
In order to make the right appointment the receptionist may need to ask about the nature of your problem. We would be grateful if you try and provide the information so they can direct you in the best way. All staff at the practice are bound by strict confidentiality rules. Each appointment is for 10 minutes, if you think you will need longer please let the receptionist know.
Telephone Consultations
Not all problems need a surgery appointment and some can be dealt with over the phone, such as; minor illness advice, form filling, vaccination advice etc. You will be asked if a telephone appointment is appropriate when you ring. Phone consultations are booked the same way as appointments and a doctor or nurse will ring you back at a specific time
