Repeat Prescriptions

Patients on regular medication do not always need to see a doctor for a repeat of their medicines. To request a repeat of your prescription please hand in your computer slip, with the items you need ticked, or ring 01977 681025 between 11am to 3pm Monday to Friday. Prescriptions may be collected from Micklefield, South Milford, Sherburn-in-Elmet chemist or Thorpe Willoughby whenever the surgery is open.

Please note we need 48 hours to process your prescription. Sometimes you may be asked to come in and see the doctor before a prescription can be issued.

If you do not pay for your prescriptions, please bring proof of exemption when collecting it.

We also offer repeat prescription on line ordering 24 hours a day using the form below. Please allow 2 working days for your order to be processed.
