You can also use Online Patient Triage to book routine appointments or if you have an enquiry about your medication etc. Anyone registered at the practice can use this service, you do no need to be registered for SystmOnline to use this
Partners in Care
Once registered, patients and healthcare professionals work together to ensure the most appropriate care is provided. This partnership philosophy extends even further and our Patient Participation Group (PPG) exists to make sure that patient needs and the practice offering, are always heading in the same direction.
Please read what’s important to our Patient Services Team, and how we can work together in partnership. The full version of the Patient Services Team Charter can be read in our Patient Information Booklet here.
