South Milford Surgery is a 3-partner, semi-rural practice, situated in the village of South Milford located within the District of Selby. We also serve our 2 satellite surgeries at Micklefield and Thorpe Willoughby. The practice serves 9,500 patients.
The practice operates under a Personal Medical Services contract with Vale of York, NHS Humber & North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB).

Serving You
Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your own home, such as order a repeat prescription, book or cancel an appointment online if you are registered for this service. You can also use Online Patient Triage to book routine appointments or if you have an enquiry about your medication etc. Anyone registered at the practice can use this service, you do no need to be registered for SystmOnline to use this
